Yass & Murrumbateman Real Estate with the support of its clients has continued to grow and as a result are making some very exciting changes within their structure. Michael and Lorraine, after 16 years at Yass Real Estate, have decided that it is time for them to restructure their roles within the business and are very proud to announce that Edwina Brown who has been with Yass Real Estate for ten years now has accepted the offer of a financial position in Yass Real Estate and as of the 31st May will also take over from Michael as Licensee in Charge. Edwina has built up vast agency experience and holds a full licence in real estate, strata, stock and station and an auctioneering accreditation. Edwina is very excited to be taking this next step in her career and is committed to remaining in the Yass and Murrumbateman regions for the long term. Michael and Lorraine feel that this change will see the business continue to grow with the fresh and vibrant approach that Edwina will bring. This change will also allow Michael to focus solely on both Residential and Rural subdivisions and assisting Edwina within a management role at the business.
Michael and Lorraine are also delighted to welcome the services of Katherine Gray who owns KTG Bookkeeping to Yass Real Estate. Katherine will be undertaking the financial administration duties in order to allow Lorraine the additional time for her to pursue other activities. Edwina Brown has also identified the need to grow our business in Murrumbateman, along with maintaining our strong business in Yass, and will shortly be advertising for future roles that will enable this to happen. Edwina would also like to introduce our new Property Manager, Thomas Staines, who previously worked in sales at Yass Real Estate, and who is already proving himself very capable within this new role. Thomas is a local to Yass and is assisted by Lesley Neversel who has previously worked for Touie Smith for 16 years in their air—conditioning business and brings a depth of experience in overseeing the maintenance of our client’s investment properties. Over the coming months the Property Management department is planning on implementing additional service for our landlords in a continued effort to provide the best possible service.
We are looking forward with a great deal of positivity and energy to the continued prosperity within our wonderful region and working with all of our clients, both current and new.
